AFRO – ASIAN THEATRE FESTIVAL

The 2nd international Drama Festival AFRO – ASIAN THEATRE FESTIVAL had taken place from December 20, 2009 to December 29 , 2009 at Trichur. Participants from countries like Kenya, South Africa , Pakistan and India performed their dramas respectively. Short dramas, seminars, interviews, discussions, musical programmes, exhibitions were also part of this festival.

KADHIKARUDE PANIPPURA

In the year 2009 October 10 to October 13 under the aegis of KADHIKARUDE PANIPPURA a dramatical elocution program and workshop was organized at Quilon, Eravipuram. Along with Seminars, Elocution, elocution dramas were also conducted. Famous dramatist Mr.V. Harsha Kumar was the camp director.

AESTHETIC CHAIR

Lessons from the beauty and science subjects were discussed with the participants like researchers and students of different universities interested in such subjects were also conducted under the Aesthetic Chair. This programme will conducted under the memory of earlier Academy Chairman Late Mr. Murali. As per this initiation for the first time Beauty and Science expert Dr.G.Balamohan Thampi inaugurated this function at Trichur. As continuation of this programme, Prof. George S Paul introduced the same at Trivandrum.
